Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer is valid from 25th June to 31st July 2016
2. Offer is valid for bus bookings made during the Offer Term using Travel Tab on Oxigen Wallet App.
3. Offer is valid for 1 transaction per registered user for the offer period.
4. To qualify, book bus tickets using Oxigen wallet App.
5. Customers who are travelling between 25th June and 31st July 2016 will only be eligible for the Cashback’s.
6. Customer booking Bus Tickets during the Offer Term will be eligible to get Cashback of 5% and to a max. of Rs. 200.
7. Cashback will be given in the customer’s Oxigen Wallet within 10 days of the journey date.
8. In case of full cancellations, complete cashback will be deducted from the refund.
9. In no event, the aggregate liability of Oxigen shall exceed the amount of cashback, the customer is entitled for, under this offer.
10. All qualified users will also get FREE Discount Coupons from Saavn & NexGtv at Oxigen’s sole discretion.
11. Discount coupon codes will be delivered from Oxigen Wallet via SMS within 48 hours of bus booking.
12. Offer is applicable for new as well as existing Oxigen Wallet users.
13. Offer is valid only on bookings made using Oxigen Wallet App.
14. User shall be liable for any misuse or abuse of the coupon code(s).
15. Offer can be withdrawn and terms & conditions can be altered at any time by Oxigen without incurring any liability.

17. Courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
