Eligibility Criteria
The competition is open to all citizens of India or individuals of Indian origin. Employees of NeGD, MeitY, MyGov, SeMT, and UMANG’s partner organizations, past or present, along with their immediate family members, may participate, but they will not be considered in the list of winners.
Gratification
The winning entries will receive the following cash prizes:
- 1st Prize: Rs. 7,500/-
- 2nd Prize: Rs. 5,000/-
- 3rd Prize: Rs. 3,500/-
- 7 Consolation Prizes: Rs. 1,500/- each
Submission Format
- Posters can be submitted in PDF or JPEG image file formats.
- Participants can either hand-draw/sketch the poster on A3 or A4 pages or create a digital poster using design software.

- The competition is open to individuals only.
- The organizers are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or unsuccessfully submitted entries due to technical or other issues beyond their control.
- Winners must be reachable within five working days from the result announcement.
- Organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants detrimental to the contest’s integrity.
- MeitY reserves the right to use the submitted material in external communication and knowledge products with due credit.
- Winners agree to use their name and submissions for publicity and promotional purposes.
- The decision of the organizers on the competition result is final and binding.
