The offer does not hold good if any of the below happens:

• Customer is not eligible for cash back in wallet if deal code DECIF is entered later and not at the time of making the booking
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
• If customer cancels the booking, the instant discount will be forfeited
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotion on MakeMyTrip.com

Terms and Conditions:

• The discount will be processed per booking basis the total transaction value and time of the booking. The discount will not be processed for each passenger.
• Cash-back to wallet will be processed within 15 days of booking.
• Validity of cash-back in wallet is valid for 3 months from the date of credit into the wallet.

• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• Travel agents by profession are barred from availing this offer. MakeMyTrip reserves the right to cancel such bookings without any liability.
