About Foragle Writing Contest
The Foragle Writing Contest is a thoughtful initiative designed to encourage students to express their views and implement their ideas for the betterment of India. Binding Agreement
To enter the contest, participants must agree to the rules outlined by Foragle. The rules form a binding legal agreement between the participant and Foragle, ensuring fair play and adherence to the established guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Foragle Writing Contest, participants must meet the following criteria:
- Individual legal resident of the Republic of India
- Permanent address within the territory of India
- Age between 10 years and 30 years at the time of entry
Members of the Foragle team, their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Contest Period
The Foragle Writing Contest will commence on 1st December 2023 at 12:01 a.m. (IST) and conclude on 14th December 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (IST).
Language of Writing
Entries for the contest can be submitted in Hindi and English.
Judging
A panel of judges will conduct a draw of lots during the contest period. Three participants will be selected as winners based on the evaluation of their entries.
Tie-Breaker
In the event of a tie, judges will re-evaluate tied essays based on the specified criteria until a winner emerges. Decisions of the judges are final.

To participate, visit the Foragle website (www.foragle.com), navigate to Student Programs, select Foragle Writing Contest, and click on Enter Now. Participants can express their views on “Solutions of Poverty in India” during the contest period.
General Conditions
All state and local laws and regulations apply. Foragle reserves the right to disqualify any entrant attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest through unfair practices.
Winners List
After confirming the winners, individual contacts will be made, and the names will be posted on the official website and social media accounts by 20th December 2023.
Foragle Writing Contest 2023 Prizes
There are three prizes for the Foragle Writing Contest:
- 1st Winner: ₹7000
- 2nd Winner: ₹2000
- 3rd Winner: ₹1000
Winners will receive the prizes in their bank accounts on or before 25th December 2023. E-certificates will be provided to the winners through email.
