Eligibility Criteria for FTRE 2024
The FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam (FTRE) 2024 is open to students who are presently in:
- Class V (Going to Class VI in 2025)
- Class VI (Going to Class VII in 2025)
- Class VII (Going to Class VIII in 2025)
- Class VIII (Going to Class IX in 2025)
- Class IX (Going to Class X in 2025)
- Class X (Going to Class XI in 2025)
- Class XI (Going to Class XII in 2025)

Exam Pattern for FTRE 2024
Paper 1: Section I – Other Engineering Entrance Exams
Duration: 30 Minutes
This section covers Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and is designed to evaluate students’ potential for various engineering entrance exams, excluding JEE Main & Advanced.
Paper 1: Section II – JEE Main
Duration: 45 Minutes
This section follows the JEE Main pattern, including comprehension-based questions that assess understanding of class topics and concepts at a slightly advanced level.
Paper 2: Section I – Higher Order Thinking Skills for JEE Advanced
Duration: 60 Minutes
This section tests students’ raw potential for JEE Advanced, focusing on situational and comprehension-based questions.
Paper 2: Section II – JEE Advanced
Duration: 75 Minutes
This section follows the JEE Advanced exam pattern, with advanced comprehension-based questions designed for future JEE Advanced candidates.
Note: Scholarships are awarded based on performance in both Paper 1 & 2. Each section has its own selection and scholarship cutoff, making each section equally important.
