Eligibility Criteria

• Participants must be legally blind and possess a valid blindness certificate.
• The contest is open to all, regardless of gender, language, religion, race, or location.
• Participants must be 18 years or older by September 7, 2024.

Steps to Participate

1. Review the contest rules and regulations carefully.
2. Record a cooking video of a recipe, ensuring the file name includes your name and dish name (e.g., Contestant-Dish_Name.mov).
3. Fill out the entry form and submit it with the video and disability certificate via email to goldeneyechef[AT]antardrishti.org.
4. You can also upload the video and document to a file-sharing platform (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive) and share the link in your email.

Rules & Regulations

• Only one recipe submission per participant is allowed.
• Recipe must include a list of ingredients with exact quantities and a detailed step-by-step method of preparation and cooking.
• The video must not exceed 15 minutes and should explain why the participant chose the recipe.
• The video must be recorded in landscape format, with good audio and video quality, and no assistance in cooking is allowed.
• Participants can use mobile or camera devices for recording, but no editing other than dubbing is allowed.
• The cooking process must be carried out in a home kitchen using accessible ingredients.

• Jury Awards: Golden Eye Chef 2024 International Winner, Runner-up, Most Innovative Recipe, Best Traditional Recipe.
• People’s Choice Awards: Based on YouTube likes, comments, and viewer duration. Includes Most Liked Recipe and 2nd Most Liked Recipe.
• Total of 12 awards will be given across different categories, including for Totally Blind and Partially Blind participants.
