Eligibility Criteria for Prathidhwani Qisa 2024

- Short films produced after January 1, 2024, are eligible for the competition.
- Films submitted in previous editions of the festival will not be considered.
Rules & Regulations for Participation
- Short films of any genre can be submitted, with a runtime of 3 to 45 minutes (excluding titles and credits).
- Submissions must be original, and participants must have rights to all the content, including music.
- Films can be in any language, but non-English or non-Malayalam films should include English subtitles.
- Participants must submit their films in 720p resolution via USB.
- Prathidhwani reserves the right to accept or reject any film without explanation.
- Selected films will be screened at Trivandrum in December 2024.
