Competition Theme and Details
The theme for the 2024-25 competition is “The Joy of Writing: Importance of Letters in a Digital Age“. Participants are encouraged to share their thoughts and feelings on this topic through a handwritten letter.

Letter Submission Guidelines
- The letter must be handwritten on plain A-4 size paper or an Inland Letter Card (ILC).
- Word limit: Maximum 1000 words for A-4 size paper and 500 words for ILC.
- Typed letters are not accepted.
- Letters must be posted by 14th December 2024.
- Participants must certify their age by writing: “I certify that I am below/above the age of 18 as on 01/01/2024.”
Selection Process and Awards
Entries will be evaluated first at the Circle level, with the top 3 entries in each category progressing to the National level. Evaluation committees consisting of experts and scholars will assess the entries based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the theme.
