Eligibility Criteria
- The participant must be an Indian citizen and at least 18 years old.
- Entries must be submitted online by 30th September 2024.
- Employees of WWM and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- The participant must hold all necessary permissions, licenses, and certifications.
- Multiple entries are allowed in both fiction and non-fiction categories.
- WWM reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its discretion.
How to Participate?
Filmmakers interested in participating must complete the online entry form on the official website here and pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 6,000 via cheque. Details for payment are mentioned below:

Film Submission Guidelines
- Download and insert the opening slide from the official website before the film starts.
- Films should not exceed 20 minutes in duration, excluding the opening slide.
- Accepted file format: MP4 with a maximum size of 500 MB.
- Films must have been released between 1st January 2023 and 31st December 2023.
- Films can be in any Indian language but must have English subtitles.

- Best Film – Non-Fiction/Documentary
- Best Actor – Male
- Best Actor – Female
- People’s Choice Award
Awards and Gratifications
Winners will be honored at an award ceremony organized by WWM. The awards are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. The winners will be notified via email. Participants who are unable to attend the ceremony should notify WWM in advance.
Judging Process
- WWM’s editorial team will shortlist 30 films.
- A panel of industry experts will review the shortlisted films and select 10 finalists.
- Winners for Best Film (Fiction & Non-Fiction) and Best Actor (Male & Female) will be declared by the jury.
- 5 additional films will be shortlisted for the People’s Choice Award based on public voting.
- All decisions made by the jury and WWM are final and binding.
