Who Can Participate?
- Eligibility: Full-time engineering students from Mechanical, Mechatronics, Design, Industrial Engineering, and Automobile disciplines in Maharashtra.
- Team Structure: Individual or team participation (up to 5 members from the same institution).
- No Entry Fee: Participation is free for all eligible students.
How to Register for Tata InnoVerse Makerthon
- Teams must be formed before registration and cannot be changed afterward.
- Each team can submit one solution per challenge, with the option to resubmit by amending the entire solution.
- Valid College ID and other identity proof must be provided when required.
- The organizers reserve the right to accept/reject any application and make changes to the event format or schedule.
Guidelines for Participation
- After online registration and idea submission, shortlisted teams will be informed via email.
- By participating, attendees agree to be photographed/recorded for media purposes by the organizers.
- All decisions by the organizers and jury are final and binding.
- Participants must ensure the originality of their solutions, free from copyright infringement.
- Teams shortlisted for finals must arrange their travel and accommodation independently.

Phase 1: Online Submission
- Technical Content: Solutions should be detailed and well-articulated.
- Simplicity: Solutions should be easy to implement without major operational changes.
- Ease of Implementation: Solutions should require minimal effort to deploy.
- Cost Effectiveness: Solutions should be affordable.
- Novelty: Creative and unique solutions will have an advantage.
Phase 2: Prototype Demonstration
- Novelty: How unique the solution is.
- Working Prototype: Demonstration of the solution.
- Scalability: Potential for future expansion.
Prizes for Winners
The most innovative solutions will be rewarded with exciting prizes:
- Winner: Croma Voucher worth up to ₹1,00,000
- Runner-Up: Croma Voucher worth up to ₹50,000
- Jury Special Award: Croma Voucher worth up to ₹10,000
Prizes will be awarded based on the quality of entries and the judges’ discretion. All decisions are final and cannot be contested.
